Cancellation Policy

SHERRY SKINCARE SPA DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY To ensure appointment availability and provide the highest quality service to all clients, the following policies apply: APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS • A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required for all appointments under $150. • A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for appointments and treatment packages over $150. • Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your service. CANCELLATION POLICY • We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service value. NO-SHOW POLICY • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. LATE ARRIVALS • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment. • Late arrivals may receive a shortened service time while being charged the full service fee. REFUNDS • Services rendered are non-refundable. • Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days if unopened and unused. MEDICAL DISCLOSURE • Clients must disclose any allergies, medications, medical conditions, pregnancy, recent cosmetic procedures, or skin sensitivities before treatment.
